The approach of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur invites us to pause and take stock of our lives. These holy days are not just a time of prayer, but a time of renewal — a chance to strengthen our bond with G-d, with our community, and with our deepest selves.

This year, as the Jewish world continues to navigate uncertainty and challenges, the call to unity and faith is louder than ever. In moments like these, the strength of Jewish identity and the light of our traditions become our greatest source of resilience.

At Chabad of Downtown, we are dedicated to ensuring that every Jew has a place to connect, to pray, and to feel inspired during the High Holidays. Whether through uplifting services, meaningful Torah learning, or the warmth of community, our goal is to make these days a transformative experience for all who join.

To bring this vision to life, we are launching our High Holiday Campaign with a goal of $40,000. These funds are essential to cover the many expenses of the season—from renting space and providing prayer books, to creating inspiring programs and ensuring no one is turned away for lack of means. Your support makes all the difference. Every contribution helps create a welcoming atmosphere and meaningful programming that touches lives. Gifts of $540 or more include two reserved seats at our synagogue services.
